Aztec Real Estate Inc. was formed in 1993. It wasn't just any real estate company that we were wanting to establish but a company that would be noted for it's committment to their clientele.
Over the past 15 years Aztec Real Estate Inc. has done just that and grown to be one of the largest independant real estate companies in the Strathmore, Alberta area. When coming to Aztec today one can expect to have their expectations met with knowlegable sales associates who are committed to putting the needs of our clients above all else. Our goal at Aztec Real Estate Inc. is to establish relationships with our clients that will last a lifetime. Nothing compares to the feeling we recieve when our clients refer their family and friends to us on a repeated basis.
Most of our associates have been with Aztec Real Estate Inc. for years and some have been with the company from the begining. The combined experience of well over 100 years our clients have benefitted from our knowledge of the community as well as our comprehensive understanding of our industry.
SERVICE is what we are all about and it is what we have become known for. Our location is the same as it always has been although we now have a new building.

In 2005 I partnered up with Keith Garrioch to run Aztec Real Estate Inc. and have been growing the company since.
It is my goal to see that Aztec Real Estate Inc provides outstanding service not only to our clients but to our associates as well. We have been growing our business on this foundation and will continue to do so as we move into the future.
The future holds many opportunities, and those opportunities involve the advances in technology. The use of technology is the direction Aztec has been moving toward over the years. Our focus on online marketing, social marketing gives our associates maximum exposure.
A member of the Calgary Real Estate Board's million dollar club, as well as helping both buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals over the years has given me the tools to ensure no detail is overlooked and our clients expectations are met every time!
